My Mad Methods Magazine 2010 Workout Plan E-Book

The My Mad Methods Magazine 2010 Workout Plan E-Book contains the workout plans featured in the June to December 2010 issues of the magazine. There are five workout plans from 4-12 weeks in length including 47 individual unconventional workouts involving kettlebells, sandbags, bodyweight training, sledgehammers, and gym rings. The workout plans contain programming for up to 34 weeks (8+ months) of training.
