Day 2: Weighted Pull Up Workout Instructions:

Perform each set with no rest in between exercises. Rest as needed in between sets.

A: Bear Crawl - 1 x 2min
B: Duck Walk - 1 x 2min
C: Shoulder Bridge Crawl - 1 x 2min
D: Weighted Pull Up - 2 Rep Sets x 20min (Use 5RM Weight)
