Day 25: Advanced Simplified Kettlebell, Sandbag and Bodyweight Workout Instructions:

Perform each set with no rest in between exercises. Rest as needed in between sets.

A: Double Clean & Jerk 4 x 25
B:  Shoulder Squat to Shoulder Press - 4x25
C: Inverted Leg Raises - 4 x 25
HE: 1-Arm Sprawl to Assisted Push Up - 4 x 60sec

Thanks Mark, very humbling, dropped KB's to 16's and sandbag to 30, had a lot of trouble with balance on leg raises so i leant my butt against a wall and bent legs at knees, guess that may have defeated the balance part of the exercise but couldn't figure any other substitute. Enjoyed it!

@Blurrk9 - Nope, that's exactly what you're supposed to do in that situation. On the next off day, I'm going to put up a series of simple exercises to help people enhance their handstand balance, stay tuned (and keep up the progress)!
