Day 6: Off Day Water Polo Conditioning Workout Instructions:Perform each set with no rest in between exercises. Rest as needed in between sets.
A1: Dive to bottom of pool and grab weight - 5 x
A2: 1-Arm Press (Left) - 5 x 5
A3: Dive to bottom of pool - 5 x
A4: 1- Arm Press (Right) - 5 x 5
A5: Dive to bottom of pool -5 x
A6: 2-Arm Press - 5 x 5
