Perform the five test exercises to find your 5 rep max (5RM). Be sure to warm up prior to each test using bodyweight movements followed by lightweight technique practice. Rest as much as necessary between each test.
A: Weighted Pull Up - 1 x 5 (Find 5RM weight)
B: Kettlebell Pistol - 1 x 5ES (Find 5RM weight)
C: Double Kettlebell Press - 1 x 5 (Find 5RM weight)
D: Double Kettlebell Snatch - 1 x 5 (Find 5RM weight)
E: Kettlebell Turkish Get Up - 1 x 5ES (Find 5RM weight)
