A1: Sandbag Press - 5 x 10
A2: Snatch to Squat - 5 x 10
A3: Zercher Clean - 5 x 10
A4: Shoulder to Shoulder Press - 5 x 10
A5: Alternating Lunge - 5 x 5 each side
