Is this done as a circuit? All exercises in a row (10 reps each) to complete a set? Then rest, then do it again?

I went from doing a "split" routine at the gym to working out at home with a bruteforce and this workout is brutal! I did 2 months and half of this workout (with 25 lbs) and I shed a little less than 20 lbs with a CLEAN diet + cardio.

I'm happy to say I'm going to commit myself to a healthy lifestyle from now on because of the rush I got from working out with my sandbag.

I'm moving onto more weight + the blitz workout.

Wish me luck!
