Kettlebell Conditioning Pyramid Workout Instructions:

Perform the pyramid set A with no rest in between sets.Perform set B with no rest in between exercises (if possible).

A1: 1-Arm Kettlebell Swings - 10, 15, 20, 15, 10
A2: Renegade Rows - 10, 15, 20, 15, 10
B1: Kettlebell Farmer Walk - 100m
B2: Kettlebell Racked Farmer Walk - 100m
B3: Overhead Kettlebell Farmer Walk - 100m

Looks like a terrific workout, and I'm planning on giving it a go today. One question: are the number of reps listed fo r1-arm KB swings for each arm? In other words, would I perform 10L/10R, 15L/15R, etc.? Thanks!

Yes! Same thing for the Renegade Rows. The 20 rep set is tough!
