
My Mad Methods Magazine Contributor Dave Hedges, trainer and owner of Wild Geese, demonstrates an intense bodyweight workout using three key bodyweight exercises: Mountain Climbers, U-Push Ups, and Knee Jumps. Each set runs on the minute, so the rest period is up to you!

Perform the circuit as a minute drill. Perform each circuit as fast as possible, the remainder of each 60 second period will be your rest. Attempt to perform 10 circuits total. Pay particular attention to the breathing between rounds. See how I force all the air out of my body without worrying about the inhale? The lungs have a reflex action built in, if they are emptied forcefully then they will attempt to re-inflate as fast as possible. So by exhaling hard, you'll actually breathe in more air than if you consciously tried.
