Use this bodyweight set as a warm up or cool down set for more intense martial arts or Chi Gung training sets.

This warm up consists of eight moves, each performed for 8 repetitions. Try to breath in time with the movements; as the body expands and the rib cage opens, inhale. As it compresses, exhale. The slower you move, the slower you will breath.
