My Mad Methods Magazine Contributor Dave Hedges, trainer and owner of Wild Geese, demonstrates a series of simple Chi Gung movements using a sequence called the 8 Beautiful Exercises or Ba Duan Jinn. Use this bodyweight set as a warm up or cool down set for more intense martial arts or Chi Gung training sets.

8 Fine Exercises Warm Up for Relaxing, Recovery & Restoration Instructions:

This warm up consists of eight moves, each performed for 8 repetitions. Try to breath in time with the movements; as the body expands and the rib cage opens, inhale. As it compresses, exhale. The slower you move, the slower you will breath.
