A2: Spider Crawls – 5 x 15ft
A3: Wall Jumps - 5 x 10
A4: Alternating Push Ups/Crab Push ups - 5 x 10
A5: Frog Jump Deck Squats - 5 x 10
Bonus: Burpee Pullups - 10-20 Reps

How to do the Karate Kid Kettle-Jitsu Flow:
Joey Alvarado, creator of Kettle-Jitsu and My Mad Methods Magazine Contributor, created this dynamic flow exercise inspired by a student named Hugo in Lisboa, Portugal. This exercise combines a SoCal Sit Up, Shinbox, Back Kick, Rocking Chair Get Up, and Push Up.


Single Leg Deadlift Variations BB 315lbs, KB 295lbs Max Shank, owner and head trainer of Ambition Athletics in California, performs 1-Leg Deadlifts with a 315lb Barbell and 295lbs of kettlebells. This is a good example of how you can load up a single leg deadlift to emphasize balance and coordination while still moving some serious weight.
