How to do Kettlebell Double Pistol Grip Cleans

Utilizing the Pistol Grip or Bottoms Up is a surefire way to build unreal grip and forearm strength. If you are a wrestler or grappler or simply want to build your hand strength then this is a great exercise for you. Only try this exercise once the double clean is perfected.

Exercise Steps
Step 1

Start with two kettlebells about a foot in front of you. Keeping a straight back, bend your knees and grab the kettlebells.

Step 2

Swing them back slightly and utilizing the same motion as the clean, bring the kettlebells with the bell portion of the kettlebell facing straight up.

Step 3

While keeping them straight in front of you, drop them down into the bottom position of the clean.

Step 4

Only perform this exercise when the double clean is mastered. Maintain a tight core and grip. Keep your eyes on the kettlebell at all times
