Exercise Steps
Step 1

Rack a kettlebell on your right side. Lean to your left and open up your chest.

Step 2

Bring your right upper arm back so that it's resting on your upper back. Have your toes pointing 45 degrees to the left.

Step 3

Keeping the kettlebell in the same position, flex your triceps as hard as possible and drop and twist under the kettlebell until your arm holding the kettlebell is locked. Stand and repeat.

Step 4

Keep your forearm vertical the entire time. Keep your eyes on the bell the entire time and maintain tight core. Work with light weight until you get the feel of this exercise to avoid over torquing the shoulder.
