How to do the Girevoy Sport Kettlebell Clean The clean done Girevoy style is a much more fluid approach to the popular exercise. This Girevoy Sport focuses on efficiency and consistency. Each clean lands in the same spot in the same way at the same point during the exercise. The ultimate goal with GS is to hit higher and higher repetitions in a given timeframe. The clean done GS-style is a fantastic core and overall body strengthener that will build fantastic grip strength and a powerful hip-snap.

Exercise Steps
Step 1 Place a pair of kettlebells about a foot in front of you with the handles rotated inward to form a "V-Shape"
Step 2 Slightly pick up kettlebells swinging them back between your legs and with a pulling motion, bring both kettlebells up to the rack position between your biceps and forearm.
Step 3 Drop into a deep rack position with your hips forward and your elbows resting on the top of your hip bone or as deep as you can go.
Step 4 Release the position and swing the kettlebells back behind you and repeat the motion. Keep your arms close to your body throughout the entire exercise.
