| The clean done Girevoy style is a much more fluid approach to the popular exercise. This Girevoy Sport focuses on efficiency and consistency. Each clean lands in the same spot in the same way at the same point during the exercise. The ultimate goal with GS is to hit higher and higher repetitions in a given timeframe. The clean done GS-style is a fantastic core and overall body strengthener that will build fantastic grip strength and a powerful hip-snap. | |||||||
