Having obtained my first training certification in 1995, I have been incredibly privileged to work with an amazing variety of people and to learn from some of the greatest innovators in my industry. Through that time, I have seen over and over again how treating the body as a single unit and training from the standpoint of the client as an athlete has achieved goal after goal. Through a process of continual study and application, I maintain certifications through both the National Strength & Conditioning Association and the World Kettlebell Club. Additionally I am internationally ranked and hold multiple titles as a competitive Girevoy (kettlebell) Sport competitor.
