This is the beginners level "Thai Knee combo" of a series of ballistic bodyweight exercises designed by Joey Alvarado, owner of Socal MMA, My Mad Methods Contributor, and creator of Kettle-Jitsu. These are a regular part of the Shadow-JItsu warm ups utilized during kettlebell and bodyweight boot camps.

We did this in 30 second intervals with sit ups twice for 2 minutes after four 3 minute Thai pad rounds. Awesome workout!
