| Position a Club in the rack position. Maintaining core tension, lift the elbow holding the club and bring the head of the club over the opposite shoulder, around the head and back into the rack position. This should be done as quickly and safely as possible while maintaing control of the club at all times. Repeat as many times as desired. | |||||||
