Clean a Club into the rack position. Maintaining core tension, press the club overhead. Make sure to keep your arm packed into your shoulder especially at the top position. Slowly lower the Club and repeat as many times as desired. Repeat with other hand.

Shoulders, Arms, Core, Forearms
Clean and club to the upright position
Press straight overhead keeping your eyes on the club
Slowly lower back down and repeat on other arm
Maintain core tension throughout the entire exercise. Choose a club that will challenge you but not be overbearing.
