How to do the Crab Turnover Exercise The Crab Turnover is a fun exercise to add some variety to your bodyweight routine. You will build strength, power, and endurance while increasing mobility in your shoulders and hips. A great exercise for ground fighters.

Exercise Steps
Step 1 Facing the wall in front of you while seated, put your hands and feet on the ground lifting yourself in the air
Step 2 Bring your left arm and left foot over so you are facing the ground
Step 3 Continue that motion one more time over until you are in the starting position. Repeat the other direction.
Tips Be mindful of your hand position to avoid wrist injury. Keep your hands straight. Perform this exercise on a soft surface the first time to make sure you understand it.
