| Facing the wall in front of you while seated, put your hands and feet on the ground lifting yourself in the air | |
| Bring your left arm and left foot over so you are facing the ground | |
| Continue that motion one more time over until you are in the starting position. Repeat the other direction. | |
| Be mindful of your hand position to avoid wrist injury. Keep your hands straight. Perform this exercise on a soft surface the first time to make sure you understand it. |
