			<description>I went from doing a &quot;split&quot; routine at the gym to working out at home with a bruteforce and this workout is brutal! I did 2 months and half of this workout (with 25 lbs) and I shed a little less than 20 lbs with a CLEAN diet + cardio. 

I'm happy to say I'm going to commit myself to a healthy lifestyle from now on because of the rush I got from working out with my sandbag. 

I'm moving onto more weight + the blitz workout.
