B2:   Fingertip Push Up - on knees
C1:  Shoulder to Shoulder Press - 20kg
C2:   Sided Farmer Hold - 50,40,40kg
D1:  Sandbag Deadlift to Clean 30kg
D2:    Sandbag Around the Body - 20kg
HE:  Sandbag Snatch 4 x 60sec  20kg
