			<description>There is one significant disadvantage of Jungle Gym XT in comparison with TRX and especially Rip:60: they do not provide a good set of exercise DVDs with various workouts. It's OK if you already experienced enough to follow your own workout. TRX, although more expensive and having just a single suspension point, offers a lot of various workouts, on DVDs and in downloadable format.
Rip:60 [b]includes[/b] an extensive exercise library and a complete 3-month program - 14 DVDs.
