Background: NSCA-CPT with a degree in exercise science and physiology. Type 1 diabetic (12 years) on medtronic insulin pump.
Training: 6days per week, 2hr sessions. M-W-F KB circuits, plyometrics, BW drills, Dynamic flexibility/ROM drills, and olympic lifts. T-R-S KB/BW/Sandbag drils, weighted hiking, plyometrics, trail running and foam rolling for recovery.
Other interests: MMA, submission grappling, and nature walks/hiking.

Very good mix of power speed and mobility i like it.
IronMan24 Just made a cool new work out equipment. Take a 55cm anti burst stability ball, fill it with your desired amount of water I use a 80lb ball. Simple but very challenging the weight is very dynamic.
