I’ve been involved in martial arts and fitness for over three decades. My extensive knowledge and experience have allowed me to create an amazingly effective fitness and conditioning system. Kettle-Jitsu routines are practiced regularly at my gym, SoCal MMA & Fitness in Los Angeles. I also train and coachfighters using Kettle-Jitsu. Because this system involves dynamic MMA style movements, it makes working out more fun!
